Report Special !!! – Foreign clubs are furious after seeing a photo of Marc Roca, a Leeds United loanee…..

Real Mallorca have been left in a state of rage after an incident involving Leeds United loanee Marc Roca saw one of their players sent off against Real Betis on Saturday 04 November.

Omar Mascarell was given a second yellow card for a proposed foul on Roca, but a later image showed that it was actually the Real Betis man who stood on him.

Betis went on to win the game 2-0 at the Benito Villamarin, in a result which sent them fifth in their impressive start to the La Liga season.

The Spanish club wrote on X: “It is not Mascarell’s second yellow.

“He was not expelled. Defenceless and with one less for this mistake.”

Most of those who rushed to quit the club after relegation with their loan clauses have found that the grass is not always greener on the other, but not Roca.

The Spanish midfielder could not get to grips with the Premier League and was mediocre at best, but back in his home country, he is once again thriving again.

Roca did have moments where the theatrical would get the best of him, and this may be one of those moments again without seeing the full footage.

A still image can be deceiving so without going too hard, this looks like the wrong decision, something that Real Betis won’t really care too much about now.

Mallorca have made it very clear that they are unhappy with the decision, but despite that, it won’t bring them any points home so it is time to move on.

Maybe it isn’t just referees in England that are causing some issues.
