Ange Postecoglou starts a £15 million player in place of the 21-year-old.

Ange Postecoglou has been given something to consider by Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg ahead of Tottenham Hotspur’s trip to Selhurst Park on Friday.

In Monday’s 2-0 victory over Fulham, Spurs made history with Hojbjerg’s first Premier League start of the year.

The £15 million player made a significant impact in midfield as he started in place of the suspended Yves Bissouma.

James Maddison called his performance “absolutely outstanding,” and it’s possible that he will push to start again on Friday.

Naturally, Bissouma has performed admirably for Tottenham this year and is expected to return to the starting lineup.

However, we believe Hojbjerg could replace the 21-year-old on Friday after Pape Matar Sarr was substituted out of the match due to illness.
