SAD!!!! Injury Again??? What has happened to McKenna: Ladapo in Training ?………

Kieran McKenna, the manager of the town, is hoping that striker Freddie Ladapo will be fit to play in tomorrow’s home match against his old team, Plymouth Argyle. If not, he should be part in Wednesday’s Carabao Cup match at home against Premier League Fulham.

Ladapo missed Wednesday’s 1-0 victory over Bristol City due to an achilles injury he sustained during the international break while working out.

“Freddie’s progressing greatly; he participated in a portion of the training today for the first time,” McKenna reported. Therefore, there’s a chance he’ll be involved in some way tomorrow.

He should be able to play against Fulham; we’ll have to wait and see how he reacts to today before making a decision.

The Blues manager reaffirmed that Wes Burns, a winger, should be returning next month and shouldn’t require surgery for the shoulder injury he sustained while traveling with Wales.

He remarked, “Wes is in a better position, as we indicated after the game. “Hopefully, surgery won’t be necessary, and now that he’s off the sling, he’s beginning to work out at the gym.”

“Like I mentioned, he won’t be able to start again until sometime during the international break.”

Before the Pilgrims’ arrival, McKenna claims everyone recovered well from the game at Ashton Gate and there were no fresh injuries to be concerned about: “Yes, everything is fine after Wednesday, so we’re good to go.”
