After smashing a 78-year club record, Jude Bellingham seriously impressed with Aston Villa loanee.

Louie Barry, a young player on loan from Aston Villa to Stockport County, is continuing to improve and just smashed a club record.

After yesterday’s 3-1 victory over Accrington Stanley for the League Two team, the striker posted on social media.

Louie Barry will begin to catch the attention of Aston Villa coaches.

Barry’s advancement at Villa has been consistent after he garnered media attention as a young player when he scored in the FA Cup against Liverpool.

He spent a brief time at Barcelona’s academy before making various loan moves.

Salford City, MK Dons, and Ipswich Town moves have all gone smoothly without removing any trees.

But it appears that Stockport is making the most of the 20-year-old forward.

The former England Under-18 international is blazing a trail in League Two, where he is only two goals behind the league’s leading scorer.

Despite only being at the club for a short while, Barry has already broken a Stockport record.

He will be attempting to have his best senior campaign to date in order to grab Unai Emery’s attention.

Just before the hour mark, Stockport won a penalty at the Wham Stadium, putting them ahead 2-1.

Stockport requested Barry to take the shot, and he did so successfully, setting a new club record.
