Real Deal: Simon Jordan finally sign Rangers manager contract after Clement Philpps set terminate his contract under condition…..

Rangers are on the hunt for a new manager after the sacking of Michael Beale, and talkSPORT pundit Simon Jordan has given his backing to a 74-year-old Englishman out of work at the moment.

Michael Beale has been sacked as the Rangers manager after a run of poor results in the Scottish Premiership.

Rangers were not playing well under Beale this season, and results in the league were bad.

It was only a matter of time before Rangers got rid of Beale.

And now the Scottish Premiership giants are on the hunt for a replacement manager.

According to former Crystal Palace owner Simon Jordan, Rangers should hand the job to Neil Warnock.

Jordan, who now works as a pundit for talkSPORT, has worked with Warnock before, and he believes that the 74-year-old English manager would be perfect for Rangers.

The pundit said on talkSPORT (10:40am, October 2, 2023): “I would advocate for Neil, even at this stage of his career. He is 72 years young, he is not 72 years old.

“Knowing Neil as I know him, I know that he would kick backsides and take numbers up there.

Rangers unlikely to look at Neil Warnock

In my view, Rangers are not going to make a move for Neil Warnock.

Yes, we all know how good Warnock is.

The 74-year-old is one of the best managers around and has a wealth of experience.

Warnock saved Huddersfield Town from getting relegated from the Championship at the end of last season.

He loves managing teams and loves football.

However, Warnock would be a short-term appointment.

Rangers need to look for a manager who can help the team in the medium to long term and get them back to winning the Scottish Premiership title.
