Phoenix Suns defeat Memphis Grizzlies 116-109 to mount a comeback.

PHOENIX (CBS/TV3) – On Saturday, the Memphis Grizzlies and Phoenix Suns played at the Footprint Center. Devin Booker returned to the court following his absence from Friday’s game because of a sprained ankle. The Suns defeated the Grizzlies 116-109 to win their most recent NBA Championship after falling to the Denver Nuggets.

 

There is still no guard for the Suns. Because of a lower back issue, Bradley Beal is still sidelined. The Suns’ game against their conference opponents was close. Booker led Phoenix in scoring with 34 points in just 36 minutes of play. With 37 points, Jaren Jackson Jr. led the Grizzlies.

The Suns’ season record now stands at 12-8 after the victory. The Suns return to action on Tuesday when they play in the quarterfinals of the In-Season Tournament against the Los Angeles Lakers. 8:00 p.m. is tip-off time.
