Injury Update: Two Keys Suns Upgraded in Phoenix’s Latest Injury Report….

For the first time this season, no member of the Suns’ Big 3 is listed on the team’s injury report.

However, there are still a few key players who were badly missed during the star trio’s debut yesterday.Last night, Eric Gordon (lower right leg soreness), Grayson Allen (right groin strain) and Josh Okogie (right hip injury) were unable to play for the Suns in their 116-1 loss. 112 against the Nets. This was the first game Gordon and Okogie missed due to injuries. Allen was injured last Tuesday against the Lakers and has missed the last three games. The Suns clearly felt their absence throughout the game, trying to mix and match lineups around the stars all night, which ultimately didn’t work. Gordon and Allen have been upgraded to questionable for tomorrow’s game against the Knicks. Okogie remains out due to his injury, the extent of which is strangely unspecified other than a “right hip injury”. All three of these players are arguably the best candidates for the team’s fifth starting role and fit perfectly with the trio when they played together in the preseason. Nassir Little (orbital fracture) is available after returning last night from a one-game absence, meaning he will be wearing a mask. Damion Lee remains out after undergoing offseason right meniscus surgeryFor the Knicks, Mitchell Robinson is out after recently undergoing surgery on his right ankle.Tomorrow’s match starts at 8pm. MST, as the Big 3 look to get their first win of the year over the Suns 13-11.
