Just In: Miami Dolphins had the opportunity to elevate up to two players

On Monday, the Miami Dolphins had the opportunity to elevate up to two players from their practice squad to the active roster for their Week 14 battle against the Tennessee Titans.

 

Miami decided to use both of them, as they brought out linebacker Quinton Bell and offensive tackle Ryan Hayes for the game.Bell, 27, was originally a seventh-round draft pick of the Oakland Raiders in 2019. He spent two seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and two more with the Atlanta Falcons. He joined the Dolphins’ practice squad in October. Hayes, 23, was selected by the Dolphins in the seventh round last year after a college career at Michigan. He was claimed by the Indianapolis Colts after roster cuts, but returned to Miami’s practice squad after just a few weeks.This is the first promotion for both players, who will have two more after this match.
