Extremely impressed: Analyst claims that the 20-year-old Liverpool player was there throughout the Toulouse match.

Harvey Elliott, a midfielder for Liverpool, was a true shining light in last night’s victory over Toulouse.

The Reds’ performance on Thursday night was entirely fantastic as they defeated the French team 5-1. There were five distinct goal scorers and some young players on display. Why not fall in love?

Though players like Luke Chambers and Calum Scanlon were gaining playing time, LFCTV analyst Gary Gillespie asserted that another Liverpool young player’s performance wasn’t to be disregarded.

Harvey Elliott left the game with a huge impression on him, the former Reds player exclaimed. He really went above and beyond, in my opinion, and added some quite lovely details. He seems to add a tiny bit of vitality and spark, in my opinion.

Elliott looked upbeat, vibrant, and full of beans against Toulouse, just like he has all season.

Following a brilliant cameo in the derby against Everton on Saturday, the 20-year-old proved worthy of a starting position. And he did not let us down.

Elliott has spent the last eighteen months primarily playing in Jurgen Klopp’s midfield three. However, he switched back to Mohamed Salah’s right-wing position last night.

It served as a reminder of the former Fulham player’s versatility, and Elliott shown his ability to play that position even though he isn’t Salah.

It can be difficult to recall at times that Liverpool’s No. 19 is still only 20 years old. Elliott has only been alive since he was fifteen years old. The young man just plays with an agelessness that belies his years.

Elliott will have gained a great deal of knowledge after a somewhat challenging first full season with the senior squad last year.

After a campaign that most likely didn’t go as planned, he could have pouted. Rather than backing down, the England U21 player rolled up his sleeves and got to work.

Elliott is a clear technical talent, yet his workrate is frequently disregarded. Fortunately, Gillespie brought it to our attention.

Harvey is an amazing player when you combine his skill set with his commitment to put in a lot of effort for the club. And this is what we have at hand.

Harvey, keep up the good work; it is not overlooked.
