A Big Rush: Browns exec highly sought for top front office spot and….

When organizations win, others try to either replicate them or steal from them.

The Cleveland Browns have not become a consistent winner in the NFL but have already lost Kwesi Adofo-Mensah out of their front office. GM Andrew Berry has built a top-level front office in Cleveland and could lose more of his lieutenants.

Glenn Cook could be the next on his way to the top chair in a front office around the NFL.

Cook has interviewed for a number of positions including with the Tennessee Titans last year. Following the 2021 season, Cook interviewed for the job Adofo-Mensah got and for the general manager position with the Chicago Bears.

The Commanders hired long-time NBA executive Bob Myers to help their reset of the organization under new owner Josh Harris.

Cleveland hired Cook away from the Green Bay Packers in 2016. He’s played an important role in scouting including helping Berry, along with Katherine Raiche, decide to bring in QB Joe Flacco during the season.

Both Cook and Raiche have been named as hot names to watch as future NFL GMs.
