- According to Duane Rankin of the Arizona Republic, guard Bradley Beal is getting close to returning to the court and might suit up for Tuesday’s home game against the Warriors.
Due to a back condition, Beal missed the first few games of the season, made a brief return, and then missed the remainder of it in mid-November. Only three games have he played in during his first campaign in Phoenix.
In fact, Beal and fellow stars Kevin Durant and Devin Booker have yet to appear in the same game. But it seems that day may be near.
“Excited, can’t wait for the world to see,” Booker said of the possibility, via Rankin.
That said, Durant missed Friday’s game. M with a sprained ankle and reportedly wasn’t a full participant at Sunday’s practice. Booker missed the three games in which Beal did play.
Beal averaged 23.2 points in each of the last two seasons with the Wizards.
According to Rankin, Booker stated, “That’s the nightmare all coaches have trying to guard Brad.” “Not only coaches, but players on the other team. I was on the receiving end of it. He is incredibly quick to halt and go to his pull-up.
- Despite a two-game losing run, the Suns (12-10) have won six of their last ten games.
