ICYMI: Before difficult matchup with Leicester City Andre makes one clear demand of Wolves supporters.

Supporters are hoping that the Pereira era will bring better results than those seen under Gary O’Neil, with Wolves managing only two league wins at the start of the 2024/25 season. The Portuguese manager, who joins from Saudi Arabian side Al Shabab, faces a challenging task in ensuring the survival of the Old Gold.

Currently sitting 19th in the Premier League after 16 matches, Wolves are five points behind 17th-place Leicester City. Despite this, there is growing optimism among fans that the 56-year-old can turn the team’s fortunes around, with Pereira making a positive impression with his training methods.

Wolves midfielder Andre has also highlighted the differences between O’Neil and Pereira, noting that the latter’s ability to speak Portuguese has been beneficial in the team’s multi-cultural dressing room. The 23-year-old has since sent a message to fans traveling to the King Power Stadium on Sunday.
