Injury Report: Miami Heat vs. Indiana Pacers Injury Report: Bam Adebayo Out, Tyrese Haliburton Questionable…

The Miami Heat (11-8) are taking on the Indiana Pacers (9-8) for their second matchup in three days.

In their Thursday evening matchup, Jimmy Butler’s 36-point performance led them to a 142-132 victory. For Indiana, superstar guard Tyrese Haliburton’s 44-point effort wasn’t enough.

Injury report:

HEAT

Bam Adebayo: Out – Left Hip Contusion

Jimmy Butler: Probable – Right Ankle Sprain

R.J. Hampton: Out – Right Knee Sprain

Tyler Herro: Out – Right Ankle Sprain

Haywood Highsmith: Available – Lower Back Contusion

Duncan Robinson: Available – Right Thumb Sprain

Dru Smith: Out – Right Knee ACL 3rd Degree Sprain

PACERS

Jalen Smith: Out – Left Knee, Heel; Bone Bruise, Contusion

Kendall Brown: Questionable – G League – Two-Way

Tyrese Haliburton: Questionable – Right Knee Bruise

Oscar Tshiebwe: Questionable – G League – Two-Way

Isaiah Wong: Questionable – G League – Two-Way

The Heat were able to squeak out the win without Adebayo in the second half. However, without the All-Star big man for the entire game, Myles Turner may thrive on both ends of the floor. He recorded 13 points and nine rebounds on 35.7 percent shooting against Miami.

If Haliburton is sidelined, the Pacers chances of winning decrease significantly. He provides their high-powered offense with three-level scoring along with elite playmaking.

The Pacers are seeking redemption, which may not occur if Haliburton is unable to go.
