Bradley Beal, the Phoenix Suns’ key offseason signing, is targeting Tuesday against the Golden State Warriors as a possible return date from injury, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic. Beal, acquired from the Washington Wizards in a package that included Chris Paul, Landry Shamet and four future first-round picks, has played in just three games for the Suns this season. Beal missed the first seven games of the season before making his season debut on November 8 against the Chicago Bulls.
12 against the Oklahoma City Thunder, Beal has missed the last 12 games. In his three games this season, Beal averaged 17.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game. If Kevin Durant also plays against the Warriors (he’s currently listed as “questionable”), this will be the first game Beal, Durant and Devin Booker play since the Big Three were put together.
