Inter Milan are interested in signing Feyenoord striker Santiago Gimenez.
According to La Repubblica, via FCInterNews, the Nerazzurri have already contacted the 22-year-old’s representation, while Real Madrid, Tottenham Hotspur, and Borussia Dortmund are all interested.
Mexican international striker Gimenez is a player who has come onto Inter’s radar in a big way.
The 22-year-old has had a blazing start to the current season. He has found the back of the net twelve times in just eight Eredivise matches.
Of course, there is the issue of the price tag.
Feyenoord are not likely to let such an in-form player go for cheap. La Repubblica report that the Dutch champions want no less than €50 million to part ways with the Mexican.
Moreover, there is competition growing for Gimenez’s signature.
All of Real Madrid, Spurs, and Dortmund reportedly see the 22-year-old striker as a target.
But it is for this reason that Inter are moving quickly to sign Gimenez. According to La Repubblica, the Nerazzurri have already begun to set the framework for a possible summer relocation.
