Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice is set to miss tonight’s Carabao Cup quarter-final against Crystal Palace after further assessment of an injury by manager Mikel Arteta. According to former Sky Sports producer Connor Humm, the England international, who was substituted in the 62nd minute of Saturday’s goalless draw against Everton, will not feature in the match.
Despite initial reports that Rice was fine after the Everton game, Arteta has opted to rest him for this fixture.
