Trinity Rodman attacks her fame-hungry “alcoholic” father Dennis saying he is her father “by blood.”

In a candid interview with Alex Cooper on Call Her Daddy, Trinity Rodman shared that her father, Dennis Rodman, wasn’t truly a father figure to her. Despite being a five-time NBA champion, Dennis showed little interest in being a parent when the cameras were off. Trinity, a 22-year-old soccer star and Olympic gold medalist, explained, “He’s not a dad. Maybe by blood, but not in any other way.”

Trinity recalled trying to live with him, but the household was full of parties and constant distractions, with Dennis frequently bringing in random people. She noted that he thrived on the spotlight.

Much of the conversation focused on Dennis’ absences from Trinity’s life. Known for his partying as much as his basketball career, Dennis continued his wild lifestyle after retiring, even seeking treatment for alcohol abuse. Trinity didn’t shy away from calling him an “alcoholic,” yet she expressed a sense of loyalty to protect his public image, despite his personal struggles.

“We never want to make him look bad,” she shared, admitting that this effort often led her to bottle up her emotions, including anger that she had yet to fully express.

Trinity also recalled a moment when Dennis attended one of her games in 2021, but without giving anyone prior notice. Although she was stressed about the game, she was even more frustrated by his surprise appearance, especially since her mother hadn’t been informed until later.
