Nottingham Forest want to sign West Ham midfielder James Ward-Prowse before the transfer window shuts at 11pm on Friday (30 August), according to Fabrizio Romano.
The transfer specialist reported via his personal X account [29 August] that Forest have added the 29-year-old to their list of potential signings in the final 24 hours of the window.

It is understood that nothing has been agreed between the two clubs yet, with Julen Lopetegui’s side yet to make a decision on the midfielder’s future.

Given the recent update surrounding the former Southampton captain, it is clear that he is not part of Lopetegui’s plans at the London Stadium.
