After being diagnosed with a Grade 2 ankle sprain earlier this month, Tyler Herro, the former Sixth Man of the Year, has not been available for the Miami Heat for the last nine games.
Herro will sadly not be available for the Heat’s Tuesday matchup against the Bucks.
Herro will now miss his 10th consecutive game for Miami after he was officially ruled out for Tuesday’s bout. The 23-year-old reportedly shed his walking boot last week, but the Heat have yet to provide a definitive timetable for his return.
Obviously, that won’t happen on Tuesday as Miami attempts to exact revenge for their loss to the Bucks early in the season. Giannis Antetokounmpo and company will be traveling to South Beach this time to take on the Heat. Nonetheless, Miami’s lack of players will make it much harder for them to defeat a strong Bucks team.
In addition to Herro, Jimmy Butler—who has a right ankle strain listed as questionable—could also be sidelined for Miami. Along with Butler and Herro, Bam Adebayo missed the Heat’s most recent game. Bam Adebayo is likely to play despite having a left hip injury.
Khris Middleton could be sidelined for the Bucks for a second straight game, though. Because of tendonitis in his left Achilles, the three-time All-Star is presently labeled as questionable to play.
