Emma Raducanu beams with joy as she rushes to pose with her own poster after landing in Auckland ahead of ASB Classic 2025

Emma Raducanu has landed in Auckland to commence her 2025 season at the ASB Classic. The Brit appeared in high spirits as she excitedly posed with her own poster ahead of the WTA 250 event, scheduled to commence on December 30.

Raducanu has been dedicated to her training during the preseason, sharing glimpses of her rigorous practice sessions on social media. The 22-year-old recently also chronicled her off-season adventures in London, as she bid farewell to the city before jetting off to New Zealand.

At the airport, Emma Raducanu was all smiles as she rushed to pose with a massive HSBC poster featuring herself, emblazoned with fitting motivational words as the Brit gears up to make a strong start to her 2025 season.

Raducanu ended her 2024 season at the Billie Jean King Cup Finals, where she played an instrumental role in leading Great Britain to the semifinals before their loss to eventual runner-ups Slovakia.

After working hard during the pre-season, Emma Raducanu is heading into the ASB Classic with an air of confidence. In a recent interview with the Independent, the Brit disclosed that she felt her game was in a good place and emphasized her eagerness to live up to her potential.

“Also with my tennis, I’m in a pretty good spot. I feel like I just want to see how much I can do, fulfil my potential. I’m curious about what my level can get to,” Raducanu said.
