Manchester United target Randal Kolo Muani is expected to depart Paris Saint-Germain in January. The French striker, who joined PSG from Eintracht Frankfurt for £64.2 million plus add-ons in September 2023, has started only three Ligue 1 matches this season and was omitted from the squad for their recent match against Monaco.
PSG manager Luis Enrique recently suggested a potential winter exit for Kolo Muani, saying, “I could discuss it, but I won’t because my decisions speak for themselves, although all of my decisions can change.” According to Fabrizio Romano, a January transfer for Kolo Muani now seems “almost guaranteed.”
Manchester United, who have struggled to find consistent goal-scoring form, may look to capitalize on his availability. The 26-year-old forward has previously been linked with a move to Old Trafford and could offer a new attacking option with his pace, dribbling, and finishing skills.
Meanwhile, Marcus Rashford’s future at United remains uncertain. He recently expressed a desire for a “new challenge,” hinting at a possible departure. Some have speculated a swap deal between Rashford and Kolo Muani, with Rashford indicating he would leave United on good terms, without any negative comments.
