TRANSFER NEWS: Three clubs emerge as Marcus Rashford suitors for Man Utd January exit

Reports suggest that Marcus Rashford is being pursued by Saudi Arabian clubs Al-Ittihad, Al-Ahli, and Al-Qadsiah after Manchester United reportedly approved his transfer. The forward, seeking a “new challenge” away from Old Trafford, has dominated January transfer discussions following a candid interview where he expressed his intention to leave.

Al-Ahli, featuring stars like Roberto Firmino and Ivan Toney, is reported to have the most substantial interest but would need to sell a foreign player due to Saudi Pro League regulations. They are even considering selling Firmino to accommodate Rashford. Al-Ittihad and Al-Qadsiah, who previously showed interest, are closely monitoring the situation.

Despite his preference for a move to a top European club, Rashford might be swayed by the financial allure of Saudi offers. Earning £325,000-a-week and with a potential £40 million transfer fee, few European clubs can match such terms. His omission from Manchester United’s recent matchday squads under manager Ruben Amorim further underscores the uncertainty surrounding his future.
