The Friedkin Group has expressed their enthusiasm for taking over the club just one day after the deal was finalized. Wasting no time, they have already scheduled a meeting at Finch Farm on Friday, ahead of Sunday’s match.
On Sunday, December 22nd, Everton will face Chelsea in the Premier League at 3:00 PM. Representatives from The Friedkin Group are expected to attend the game at Goodison Park, where they plan to introduce themselves to the fans.
Additionally, Marc Watts, who was named Everton’s CEO as part of the takeover, is set to lead the club’s board. According to Alan Myers, Watts has arranged a meeting with manager Sean Dyche and other staff members at Finch Farm on Friday.
